I've done it for about 5 months, but not too often during the days.. maybe 3 times a day on average?

I consume tons of salt, I have an insatiable taste for it, [Favor says that your taste will guide you on how much your body needs] and I try to drink plenty of pure water with that.

Should I consume more salt and water..?
