The purging is very infrequent, as I don't enjoy scratching the back of my throat or the 'stabbing' pain in my stomach. I haven't engaged in it very much anymore since I've begun taking the shots of barley..

As for the mold and toxins, this house is, from my understanding, quite clean, as my roommates also follow an alternative lifestyle.
