What is your oral purging status. This sounds to me like extreme mineral deficiency and dehydration which goes along with the above. This leads to a raft of other problems and sysmptoms but as you know it is all connected tho where your thoughts (fears) are leading you.

Also a blananced raw diet will be necessary after you sort out your emotional and mental health.
