I can almost trace my health improvemements to the day I started drinking fresh veg juice--I say almost because I changed many things within the same week.
anyway -make sure i get parsley and garlic in every juiver drink as well as some pretty bad tasting kale vegs-

I also use many of the same stuff that lapis uses in his alkalizing drink-- just did a urine ph test for the first time this evening--scored a 7.5--thats encouraging--i will see how future tests go
