Are you ingesting dairy or animal protein?

the fact that taking enzymes lessens the reported effect is very telling and inline with leaky gut which in turn is inline with dysbiosis. There may also be a "total load issue and where the food/digestion may be tipping the apple cart so to speak but not the main culprit. Look to external environment for clues such as dust, mold, chemicals, emf , etc.


I would work on the intestines, liver and kidneys first. Stay alakline. Also watch your food combinations. Dysbiossis and autintoxication can take time to sort out.
