Dear Katie,

I began eating a yogurt at mid-day back in
1977. In those early years, it was Dannon
yogurt. When Stonyfield Farm organic yogurt
appeared in the 1990's, I switched to it.

Since it's organic yogurt, Katie, and comes
from free-range cows, the Stonyfield Farm
yogurt is NOT full of anti-biotics. like
most milk and dairy products are. The average
quart of pasteurized or homogenized milk
contains 100 different Antibiotics , plus lots
of other toxic chemicals. Standard cottage
cheeses and regular cheeses are little better.

I considered giving up the organic yogurt,
but my intuition, which I trust, told me it
is good for me. I've enjoyed almost 29 years
of radiant health, and yogurt has been a
mainstay of my eating-regimen. There are six
different probiotics in the Stonyfield Yogurt.
That aside, it's delicious. So I will never
be a pure vegan, Katie, but I'm much less
concerned with status than I am with maintaining my excellent health.

I live in an area, South Florida, where almost
everyone close to my age, male or female, has at least one thing seriously wrong with them.
God has blessed me abundantly by providing me
with both the knowledge and the means to maintain my wonderful health. I refine my
eating regimen, and add new foods and supplements with
every week that passes. It's an exciting
adventure, Katie; the defining one of my long
life. I'm grateful that CZ gives me a chance
to share what I have learned.

I hope you're enjoying this early Summer day
in excellent health and upbeat spirits.

Blessings,

Owen
