The stuff's not cheap. I would just add it to my drinking water and put some in a separate bottle for topical use. I keep some in a spray bottle for burns or wounds. I don't see any great advantage to putting it in everything. It's not a miracle or something like that, it's just a way to make water wetter. It's very simple but very effective.

Just my opinion :)
