Hi there! I've been underweight all my adult life. I have found digestive enzymes very helpful. I relate to your candida concerns, too, as I dieted quite rigidly, without positive effects. This also contributed to lack of weight gain. I exercize, and have small amounts of muscle growth, but my total weight is 130, up 5 lbs. Don't know how long it took to gain 5 lbs., as I rarely get on the scale. I encourage you to try the enzymes, as it'll increase accessibility of nutrients, decrease effects if poor digestion.
