I'm not sure how often those two "traits" go hand in hand but i'm the same as you (vata and fast oxidizer (protein and fat metabolism)).
I try to follow diet guidelines for both but there are quite a few aspects where they clash (specifically amount meat one should consume).
I have tested quite a few foods via EAV to see how beneficial they are to me and my diet revolves around that (diet specific to me).
