I wanted to share that for apnea (aside from working at losing the excess weight) I also have used GABA very sucessfully. I take about 2000 mg of the solgar. For some reason other brands stimulate instead of relax. My sleep specialist wanted to put me on neurontin and other similar drugs. I found that GABA can serve the same purpose with healing impact instead of all the side effects.
