As I mentioned in an earlier post, my Chiropractor has already said that an inversion table would be good for me. After reading the links posted above I decided to go ahead and order one on credit. I found what looked like a good starter model on Walmart.com for about $150.00 and $20.00 delivery. Hopefully, this is of pretty good quality, if not, I know from experience that I can return unsatisfactory products easily. For those who cannot find products locally, or who are on a tight budget, this might be a source for you to consider. If you want to check out the table go to http://www.walmart.com and type in "Inversion Table" in the search space.

I am hoping that in less than two weeks I can add an inversion table to the rebounder and exercise ball that already "decorate" my poor living room :)
