You can buy the calcium supplement that already has the magnesium in it.

Take that supplement as directed by the leaflet, and also take a big gulp of pickle juice half hour before going to bed.

What is guaranteed to work is quinine sulfate, if you can still buy it over the counter there... it has been sold over the counter here 5 different times off and on, since the 1800's
