Hi

Can anybody advise me on how to strengthen/nourish spleen energy? Which foods, herbs, and anything else that might help? I've been told before that my spleen is deficient by someone studying TCM, and now I've been told the same thing by a second person so I probably should do something about it....
I'm vegetarian and have been trying to move toward eating all or mostly raw - but now I hear that its best if I postpone this until after I sort my spleen out... Can anybody advise?
