i would concentrat less on what you DON"T want to do and more on what you DO want to do - more fresh greeens, grow your own sprouts, start making your own fresh juice everyday, get some great herbs, do a good Colon Cleanse etc. don't be negative, be positive.

however no transfat (or partially hydrogentated oil) - absolute poison.
