A woman I recently met told me that the doctor she is seeing thinks that her kidneys may be shutting down.
I'm unsure of all of her other ailments, but she is 50, overweight, has swelling in her legs and pretty severe pain in her feet. The doctor has told to stay off of them altogether, unless she is to go to the bathroom which isn't all that often.
I've mentioned cleanses to her (I know she is very toxic) , but with her kidneys not up to par I wander if it's safe for her to start them.

I'm asking for your help in acquiring knowledge that may be helpful in bettering her life.
