The particular flu bug that has been going around has been pretty resistent. If you get a sulfer taste then you might try apple cider vinegar and cinnamon three times a day plus a drop of oregeno oil. The oregeno is powerful stuff and I have added it to my own cold/flu treatment. Three people who tried it said it worked. I actually felt the sulfer taste coming on myself and the took the listed things. I also noticed a little back ache from it trying to settle in my bone and tried bone set herb, which knocked the pain out. I have had not re-occurence of the symptoms.
