Dear Nowhiteflag,

The food that your daughter is eating, is
causing all of her problems. You didn't
say what your family's eating-regimen is,
but I would guess that you all eat the
Standard American Diet (SAD).

Most of that SAD food is dead. Her young
body can't put it to good use. So she
alternates between bloody stools and
constipation, and now has to worry about
polyps.

Even at the tender age of 9, chances are
good that her intestinal tract is lined
with toxic debris from all the meat and
processed foods she has eaten. Her
intestines can't absorb the food because
of that lining (mucoid plaque), and so
her body stores that dead food as extra
weight.

Here's what I suggest. First your entire
family should become vegetarians. You all
should be eating mostly living food. Say
goodbye to meat, eggs, and most dairy
products. Say goodbye to any processed food
that comes in a can or a box. That's all
dead food, with no enzymes, no energy,
and only a minimal amount of nutrients.

Look on your daughter's health problems as
a wake-up call for all of you. If she's
obese at age 9, then she's almost certain
to have major health problems in the very
near future, including diabetes.

However, if you change what she eats and
drinks, within a year, she'll be a healthy
little girl. Your whole family will be
healthier. In years to come, you'll look back
on this decision as a Wise Choice that
had a vastly positive effect on all your
lives.

Your daughter also needs to do some internal
cleanses: colon, liver, and kidneys. CureZone
is a very good place to learn about cleanses.
They're not difficult, and not expensive.
Even at age 9, I'd bet that her liver is
full of stones. Once she flushes them out,
her liver will be able to cleanse her blood
the way it was intended to do. And once you
get that rubbery plaque out of her small
intestine and colon, your daughter will be
able to digest the living food that she
eats.

I hope you'll consider my suggestions with an
open mind. Once you're 3 months into the
vegetarian diet, it will become very easy.
Your taste buds will reawaken, and you'll
be able to taste (1) how truly delicious
fruits and vegetables really are, and (2)
you'll be able to taste how truly AWFUL
something like a glazed donut tastes.

Let us know if your family opts to make
what I think would be a very Wise Choice.
I will keep your daughter in my prayers.

Blessings,

Owen
