Well: hugs and good thoughts across the information highway...

I am off to buy graham crackers,- somehow God had informed me to start taking B, started a few of weeks ago and have been eating small meals for about a year: my body let me kow it is what it needed.

I do not have cirrhosis (hopefully) but abused my liver through years of alcohol consumption...
