Greetings,

First of all I must apologize for my laziness on this occasion. My nephew has taken up all of my time today and I am concentrating on fasting come tomorrow, so I can devote little time at the moment to the following concerns! However, I would be delighted if someone who has already researched these matters could perhaps provide an answer to one or both of the following (potentially asinine) questions:

I: A stainless steel tongue scraper is said to be more effective than a plastic equivalent. Is this true, and if so, how much of a difference is there (significant or not so)? I do not like the thought of using a steel appliance, especially in my mouth, yet plastic does not overwhelm me with joy either!

II: I searched for a moment on eBay, hunting for detox foot pads (I figure these can only aid the entire fasting process) and was overwhelmed by the results. Considering I reside within the UK, does anyone have any advice as to the most effective brand, available within these shores if possible?

Again, I apologize for asking without researching first, but my head is buzzing at the moment due to a multitude of recent obsessions and I just cannot concentrate on these minor (in comparison) concerns...
