Funny, I was thinking that maybe I'll get a rebounder and try to circulate my lymph - now I definitely will.

Also, I've been complaining my inserts are worn out and old and need new ones - so it makes sense.

One thing though- sometimes it just feels like there is a "ripping" effect and I now have a lot of little spider veins around the ankle and for past 2 days have been swelling visibly like water retention (??) around the ankle area.

Once again: thank you for your kind advice.
