I'm new to these forums and they're pretty disorienting, so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. But, my question is, is there anything I can do to decrease my phlegm level? It seems like I've always had an excess of mucus but it's just getting worse. I'm tired of hacking it up or accidentally swallowing nasty lumps of it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I already don't eat dairy.
