Thanks a lot for the great info, I've done some catarsis but not to that extent, and now I realise I must do it like that to match the pain I've been carrying around. Your post resonates A LOT to me, and I've been pondering doing all the clenasings, but I'm kind of afraid of gettnig a stone stuck :(

After reading this, I know I have to gather the courage to do it, and finally come to peace with my own past. I check the forum regularly, but pelase let me know when you post your Bury the apst message, I really am interested. Your words trasmit your vibe and I can feel it as a great, loving one.
