Wow. So essentially if you eat a health vegetarian diet, avoiding a few certain healthy foods that are high in purines, then you wouldn't have problems with gout.

I have a friend who has problems with gout, he LOVES chicken beef seafood etc. and eats a lot even though he knows it will give him problems.
