Have you tried the P& B shakes?

Yes, I used them quite a few times. However, I found that I cannot do the P&B all the time, the Bentonite is too constipating. What works best for me is to do psyllium alone for the most part and add Bentonite to no more than one shake a day. Sometimes every other day is better.
