Owen, Thank you very much for taking the time to send me all this useful information regaurding my kidney stones. I will diffently take your advice and use the information you gave me. And to close, I guess one can say always listion to your body, because as I read your response I was eating WATERMELON!!! I have been craving it and pick some up yesturday and can't stop eating it!!!
