i was wonering the same thing about soy lecithin. also i am wondering why soy lecithin makes me nauseous. as part of my Liver Flushing protocol i do the juice of one lemon with 2 TB of olive oil every morning. it goes donw just fine, sometimes i add apple cider vinegar and liquid minerals, its actually pretty good!! i like it. however, when i add a teaspoon of soy lecithin to this i get very nauseous. in fact lecithin often makes me nauseous. i wonder if anyone knows why this might be?
