Please someone help me in finding a solution to my problem I'm desparate to finding one.

STOP using laxatives immediately!

You will destroy your intestines, if you continue.
Years of use is enough!


Do enema 2x a day, if you need to empty bowel.


Get probiotics, and take them!
Get digestive enzymes and take them!


READ about Water Cure and salt cure. (links are below this message)


Increase your water consumption, and consumption of the unrefined Sea Salt to the point where your intestines start working again normally. (can take 2 - 6 weeks).


Water must be clean!



Change your diet - avoid constipating foods and foods you don't tolerate! Get tested by somone practicing applied kinesiology.



Walk every day 2 - 5 or even 10 km, it helps a lot!



Take care of your body, it is the only one you got!
