This post is not about whether to take a stimulant or not. I've already decided to try something, because my "purist" lifestyle just doesn't cut it all the time. Too bland at times and sometimes I just need a brain kick. Being a health nut does have it's drawbacks.

I will not do smoking, hard/illegal drugs, alcohol. No caffienne - makes my heart race.

What natural stimulants/mood enhancers are out there that I can try?
