You're right! You do what you feel you have to do. And in doing so at least you know how to make wise choices about milk or any other food choices.

Please know that in my responses to you I wasn't trying to belittle your choices - I was genuinely informing you of options. Simply because so many people in this world think and believe they HAVE to drink milk to be healthy. It isn't so - it is simply a choice.
