My two favorite herbs:

I always keep east park olive leaf. It's anti-bacterial, ant-fungal and anti-viral. It's so effective for me. East park is my favorite brand as I've been told it's the most potent and I find it to be so.

I usually keep goldenseal root on hand. It's an effective anti-bacterial.

Lastly, and not an herb at all - Colloidal Silver is something I use often. It's been highly effective for me with infections. I have avoided Antibiotics over and over and over using silver. Often I use all three of the above together with good results.
