I'm not sure what happened with your eyes.
The good thing is that the dr's can't diagnose anything.

As for your eyes, how is your eyesight? Is it just the muscles you are concerned about or also the eyesight?

How old are you? You could have had a mild stroke that caused your muscles around the eyes to weaken and later deteriorate. However when I really don't know you I'm just guessing here.

I would suggest drinking plenty of water take your weight divide in half and that is how many ounces of water you should consume in one day. So if you are 200 pounds you would need to consume 100 ounces of pure water daily. Either Distilled re-mineralized or Reverse Osmosis water is best.

It's also a good thing to quit marijuana smoking. It is not healthy to smoke anything it is taxing on the body especially the lungs and brain.

Now it is important to cleanse your body. Find out more about cleansing here:

Change your diet, eat lots of fresh organic fruits and veggies - raw is best. Eat only whole grains and pure sources of protein. Do NOT consume any junk food or processed preserved packaged foods, these foods have absolutely ZERO nutritional value and suck the life right out of your body.

You may also consider taking a daily dose of non-acidic vitamin C, about 1000 to 2000 mgs per day.

Also Bilberry is excellent for the eyes and an excellent anti-oxidant. You can get concentrated bilberry juice or capsules in a health food store.
