kevin...I know what your problem is. You are loaded with glutamate. Glutamate is a neurotoxin. McDonalds as well as other fast food places are all loaded with high amounts of glutamate. I ask that you please go to http://www.msgmyth.com/
On the left hand menue you will see a link that says "Test Yourself For Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) Toxicity". Read that & follow the diet for one week. If you feel better in one week then you have your answer. Also ask your questions on the forum. As a matter of fact...McDonalds is the subject of discussion right now.
