I'm 19, too, and I'm also dealing with health challenges. You can read my complete story at http://www.myspace.com/aloharaw - I mainly posted it as inspiration.

My Nutritionist gave me a very sound piece of advice - Focus on cleaning out your whole body, don't just fixate on the symptoms.

If I were you, I would transition into a diet of raw foods. Raw foods are enzyme rich - that is fantastic because you're taking quite a load off of your body by giving it enzymes to digest with instead of having to make a haul of its own. Try not to take in many sulfur rich foods [such as leeks, radishes, onions-] until your digestion is a bit better. Read up on Detoxing.
Green juices are extremely rich in minerals. It'd best serve you to juice many carrots, kale, celery, beets, cucumbers, and a garlic clove or two. Try looking into delicious juice recipes.
Switch your source of sodium intake. McDonald's probably has high sodium content from table salt . It'd best serve you to switch to Himalayan Crystal salt, and stick with that as your source of salt.
Try drinking half of your weight in ounces of water a day.. [i.e. If you weigh 120 lbs, drink 60 oz of water a day. 1 cup = 8 oz]. Get a water distiller, or even reverse-osmosis water is ideal. Tap and bottled water contain harmful chemicals.
For your allergies, try a tablespoon of bee pollen in the morning, or two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water every morning. [I did it three times a day]. Try Bragg's brand, many brands of Apple Cider Vinegar are very acidic.
I'll be the one to bring it up.. have you looked into Urine Therapy?
Super foods such as seaweed and raw cacao will help with your nutrient intake. I'm eating raw cacao by the handful and I'm finding that many old hurts [such as memories] are surfacing again so I may deal with them accordingly.
Speaking of memories, are you an emotional person? Have you experienced traumas, abuse, have you overworked yourself?

Thank your body for informing you it needs attention. Now, give it to it. Even when you're better, don't stop.

P.S. Things will get better. I promise you. :)
