Dear Adie,

In your place, I would fill that round Depression with fresh aloe gel from a living
plant. Do it before you go to bed, and cover
it gently with a band-aid to keep the gel in
place. Fresh aloe gel is full of nutrients
that your skin needs to eventually heal itself.

I also recommend that you alternate the aloe
gel with virgin coconut oil. On days that you're not working, make sure that the wound
is soaking in either aloe or coconut oil.
Don't go to bed without putting one or the
other on the depression.

I've healed several scars in this way -- BUT
they don't heal overnight. The depression
should fill itself in, over the course of a
few months. However, the scar that remains will only heal as your skin regenerates itself.
It might take a year or more. But with each
month that goes by, you'll notice it fading.

After you put some aloe gel on the wound,
place your finger over the site, and tell your
body you want it to heal this scar. Ask your
skin to regenerate itself so that no scar
is visible. In time, that's exactly what will
happen.

I use aloe and coconut oil to remove a bright
red birthmark that had been in the middle of
my left palm since birth. Only a vague trace
of it still shows. By this time next year,
it will be completely gone.

Good luck with your wound healing, Adie!
I will keep you in my prayers.

Blessings,

Owen
