Well, at least I THINK these are allergies. I thought I had gotten over my allergies when I gave up dairy, but last night when I laid down for bed, I was sneezing and blowing my nose like crazy .. all night. Now I have a headache and I'm super congested. Uck.

I'm trying 1/4 cup of ACV in the mornings with water. I'd do more liver flushes, but my intestines really, really hurt so I'm afraid to do any salt flushes. :/ Does anyone know any alternatives?
