I have just started using sodium ascorbate for my Vit. C this is what Owen and others have recommended. I also have some ascorbate minerals I bought a couple of months ago, but for some reason I have a much lower bowel tolerance with them than the sodium ascorbate. I even have a few ascorbic acid tablets left. I take them a few times a week. I never tried the Easter C. Hopefully someone who knows more than I about Vit. C therapy will give you better guidance. All I know is that the vitamin helps build collagen and other connective tissues, as does MSM. I hope some of this will help you. I had a similar problem a few years ago, I think it was caused by poor nutrition and overall poor health as well as environmental factors. Also, don't keep your home too warm and use humidifiers if you can. Because of high fuel costs, my poor house is quite chilly this winter, but my skin is in pretty good shape for a change.
