Hey Wrenn!

I was just thinking, my daughter has gotten the stomach flu three times this winter,
What I like to do is put six drops of Iodine ( Lugols ) in a half glass of juice to kill anything that may be lurking. Sometimes thats all it takes, sometimes it just takes its own time.

Oh and I made the Barley soup today, thanks for reminding me to put in the barley first- so much better that way.
