hello....
i was in england for 3 months, i came back here to southern california almost 4 weeks ago. Since i have been back my stools have been seldom, and soft and "powdery" if any. it almost seems as if im loosing weight, i am very slim /slender as it is. i eat a very healthy diet. im vegan, i try to eat as much raw foods as i can...i dont eat wheat, no sugar, no refined salt. and i drink lots of water. i also walk alot. the only alcohol i drink is organic sulfite free red wine and scotch on ocassion.. since i have been back i have been staying with my mom, and she can be VERY stressful on me. i also have been very busy, and spend hours each day on public transportation. im 23. before in england, i had a very healthy digestive tract, having healthy stools 2-3 times a day. i have not changed my diet either. now yesterday i got a terrible sinus infection, blowing my nose to find blood, and coughing up blood. and then i come to think its the old nasty 50 year old carpet in my room which i sleep, the dust making me sick? or my immune is down due to lack of detoxifying (going to the bathroom).???? stress? or perhaps a worm living in my stomach? i really dont know, and would greatly appreciate some feedback!
