All these potential toxic ingested possibilities come from eating unwashed foods,
think of all the processes also of food handling and outer *coatings* added to
prevent bruising and coloration loss..
and we have a great many reasons to wash our fresh foods.

It is SO simple!
fact is even in hand washing, it is well known that 30 seconds of rinsing hands
under running water is enough to clean 98 % of bacteria etc.
All the *soap products* of the day are so highly promoted,
that we now believe we are not clean unless we use commercial lathering
very dehydrating, and often chemically toxic hand soaps.

You can easily enough make a *soap of your own,
with baking soda and herbs and semi lathering ingredients
such as marshmallow root etc.
There are a great many antisepetic,
antibacterial antiviral, antiparasitic
herbs out there.. they are are so vast,
that you can pick and choose to create your own soap ,
with your own *fragrance* blend of such herbs.

Back to veggie fruit washing:
3 % grade hydogen peroxide sprayed undiluted on fresh produce
and left for 1-2 minutes then rinsed and scrubbed,
will destroy pretty much all the surface contaminants listed
at top of message.

There are other *soak *means*
using diluted peroxide , and apple cider vinegar,
that take up to 20 minutes soaking time,
but the fact remains you can do it quickly by
utilizing the spray method.

Many folks use other additives,
such as a drop of grapeseed oil to soaking water,
or olive leaf oil etc..

hope this helps,
Love,
Ami Joi Benton
