You are definitely demonstrating classic symptoms of intolerance to vitamin A. This vitamin can be very toxic in high dosages, but it is difficult to establish the levels of toxicity in certain individuals, meaning for some it could be much lower than the average.

The reasons for marked intolerance can be due to underlying disease processes, a genetic basis or interaction with other substances such as alcohol or drugs.

The obvious answer would be to stay away from the foods and supplements which contain vitamin A, in the same way that one rules out any substance which causes allergic or intolerance reactions. If you have any doubts what these foods might be, you can do a search for vitamin A rich foods and you will know what to avoid. However just to be sure, it may also be in your best interests to find out via testing if there is anything else going on in your body.

I hope this helps.
