my diet consists of fish, beans, soy, soy products, vegetables, juice, water (though i must to better), nuts, grains, cheese on rare occasions (I know cheese is major problem)

could it be that I am not digesting foods poperly?? is a Liver Flush cleaning your liver?? I do feel like my colon needs to be snaked!! (colonic) Though I have had colonics in the past. I feel like my colon is impacted...can you really feel this? or is this my imagination? I am preparing for a fast and a Colon Cleanse (pills w/benonite and ???I forget the other ingredient...but it's called perfect 7)
