when it comes to kids, herbs usually aren't the best thing. a multi vitamin and diet...and trust me, it works with my son who has constipation type IBS....diet has improved him 100 percent. no more antidepressants either.
also, please talk to her to see if maybe some bullying is going on at school...she may be a victim and too afraid to talk about it.
