I just read MH's response to your questions/concerns on his forum (sigh). Maybe I can offer you some assistance here.

Many MANY times, nausea is related to bowel blockage and constipation (go figger, right? how can one not be nauseated when the food is putrefying and giving off gasses throughout their intestinal tract).

Also, thousands of people have utilized Colloidal Silver for all kinds of cures and miracles...I doubt if there's ANY way you have harmed your precious daughter in that regard. However, the CS DOES kill of bacteria, including the normal digestive bacteria, so maybe it would be best to stop using it internally for a while.
