Well today I am really cleansing or sick...feverish my basal temp this am was 97.2 which is where I would like to be but I have aquired alot of congestion and go back and forth from feverish to chills. My liver is starting to feel alittle achy. I am going to lay low today. Continue to do my thyroid pack,coffee enema,detox bath and juice...and see what happens. I am also going to focus on the emotional level about letting go of attatchments- the have tos... It just feels right. Would really like to hear ideas or from anyone that experiences low body temp... Edie
