Dear Minnie,
You made a wise decision when you decided to
order a water distiller. It will pay back its
cost a hundredfold in the months and years ahead.
I've been distilling my own water for 8 years.
I can't imagine being without it. I drink about 3 quarts of distilled water every day,
in addition to organic juices and Vita-mixed
veggies. I keep a liquid sea inside me, and
my body LOVES it! Trust me. You will love
your distiller, too.
You asked if distilled water would sprout seeds. The answer is "no," not as it comes
out of the distiller. Distilled water is
sterile, which, in this case, is not a bad
thing. Sprout seeds need to extract vitamins
and minerals from the water, so they can grow.
What you do, Minnie, is remineralize the
distilled water. It takes less time to do
that than it took me to write this sentence.
All you do is add about 12 grains of organic
brown rice (or wheat, rye, oats, millet, or barley) to the distilled water. Presto!
In a few hours, the water in that container
is completely remineralized -- and unlike your
tap water, it has none of the flouride, chlorine, herbicides, pesticides, or other
horrors that are commonly found in tap water.
You can do one more thing to add extra life
to your distilled water (I do both). Take
the container with the newly distilled water
and set it in the sunshine for several hours.
God's sunshine will ionize and revivify the
water and make it perfect. There is no life
in our Solar System without sunshine.
The next day, treat your sprouts to some of
this remineralized water. They will thrive,
just like you will.
Even if you drink the distilled water plain,
it's not bad for you. Sterile distilled water
acts like a sponge inside your body. It soaks
up nasty toxins and unwanted minerals. If you
eat a sane diet of mostly living foods, you
will be getting all of the vitamins and minerals that your body needs. You can also
take some good supplements to be sure of that.
I'm surrounded by people my age (65) and older
here in South Florida, Minnie, who are completely dehydrated. The only water they
ever drink is a sip after brushing their teeth. I'm convinced that dehydration is the
root-cause of hundreds and hundreds of illnesses and degnerative conditions. Our bodies are 70 percent water. If you don't
give your 75 trillion cells the pure water
they need, those cells will find a nasty way
to revenge themselves upon you.
So drink lots of distilled water, Minnie.
It's one of the two or three most important
things you can do to maintain your health.
It won't be long before you believe that just
like I do.
Blessings,
Owen
