In all likelhood, there is no specific way to remove such tumors other than surgically, Indeed they do not pose a threat other than being cosmectically troublesome, or in the case where they are pressing on a nerve ending or found on annnoying locations like on fingers, etc..

Lipomas do not seem to be directlly related to how we metabolize fat, so there may not be much you can do diet wise to remove or prevent them, however a good diet and cleanses are always, always advisable, no matter what anyone's condition.
