My daughter was urgently referred to a cardiologist by her OB after going for a pregnancy checkup (she's 5 months) and called me to see if I could find out what would be good for her to take and eat for heart health & what should she avoid, keeping in mind her pregnancy, so I came here but it doesn't seem there are any heart forums here. Can I ask in this forum or could someone suggest a better one? She hasn't been to the cardiologist yet, she was just referred yesterday. I hope someone can give me some good advise. Thank you.
