I have had a severe headache for the past two days. I tried using Magnesium for a month to prevent headaches but it hasn't helped. I also tried drinking Epsom Salts and water but it dried me out. I have a constant ringing in my ears as well. I also tried pressure points but to no avail.


Does anyone have any suggestions that may help?
