What is the best brand of cayenne...and the best way to take it? And what are the
benefits of taking just the cayenne?

Does anyone know if the Christopher book on cayenne is still available anywhere?
I've looked on ebay and Amazon.

Also, I've seen it recommended for constipation. How could it possibly be helpful for that? Thanks, Lee
