I would agree with this as well, and for the same reasons. The Frequent Dose group would appear to be the best for people in our situation, but Andy doesn't spend much time there, and they are wound a little too tight, if you catch my meaning. I follow the protocol very strictly, threw out all my chlorella and so forth, but it got to be too much even for me.

Also, I hate the format of Yahoo Groups.

Overall, great post and idea, and I would look forward to contributing to it. Maybe Andy would be willing to post on occasion as well.
